A plain description of what happens when you contact Freedom 279 Initiative-Jimmys Kids.
What this website collects
This website does not store form entries. The School Pilot inquiry form does not send data to our servers: pressing “Send Inquiry” opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to contact@freedom279.ca. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. Pledges and donation questions are also made by email.
Why we collect it
We use the information in your email only to respond to school program inquiries, confirm pledges and donations, and issue official tax receipts where applicable.
Who can access it
Emails sent to contact@freedom279.ca are read by the charity’s director and anyone the charity authorizes to help respond.
Service providers
Your message travels through your own email provider and the email service that hosts contact@freedom279.ca. Interac e-Transfers are processed by your bank and ours. Our website is hosted by Lovable.
What to leave out
Please do not include student names, disclosures, case details, payment card information, or other sensitive personal information in any email to us.
Retention
We keep correspondence and donation records only as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered charity.
Marketing
Contacting us does not subscribe you to any mailing list.
